Hazard, 23, recently admitted this season had been a failure after Jose Mourinho's side came up short in both competitions -- finishing third in the table and losing to Atletico Madrid in the European semifinals.

However, the Belgian has vowed to improve his performances on the pitch and believes his teammates can enjoy a double dose of silverware next year.

"Next season, with this team, we can win the Premier League and maybe the Champions League as well," Hazard told the club's official website. "If we win trophies it will be a great season for Chelsea. My objectives here are to win trophies, to play games, to score goals and to enjoy my time on the pitch."

Hazard, who won the Premier League Young Player of the Season award as well as the club's Player of the Season gong, has had his differences with Mourinho this season, with the pair at odds over a missed training session and the nature of the manager's tactics.

Mourinho has repeatedly called for his midfielder to give more on the pitch and the midfielder is keen to develop as much as he can.

"As a player I want to continue working hard and enjoy playing as I have this year," Hazard added. "I always want to score more goals and improve, that is a big objective."
