Aston Villa will travel to League Two side Luton Town in the first round of next season's EFL Cup, the rebranded name for the Capital One Cup.
Villa are the only one of the three relegated Premier League sides to feature in the first round, with Newcastle and Norwich City joining in the second round along with the rest of the top-flight clubs not in European action. Clubs in the Champions League and Europa League enter in the third round.
Other top ties see Leeds United travel to Fleetwood Town, Sheffield Wednesday make the trip to Cambridge United and the London derby between Leyton Orient and Fulham.
