Borussia Dortmund have taken to Twitter to insist they know nothing about claims that midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has already agreed to join Manchester City.
Spanish newspaper SPORT reported that the 25-year-old playmaker this week informed Barcelona that he will join City in the summer.
SPORT tweeted a link to its story in which it reported that Gundogan said he would not renew his contract with Borussia and would look to move on at the end of the season.

However, the Bundesliga club responded by claiming it knows nothing about any deal. They tweeted: "Really? We should know about that, shouldn't we? Truth is, we don't know anything about that."
Gundogan has previously been linked with Manchester United and Liverpool, as well as Barcelona.
