Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.
Manuel Lanzini to Liverpool
Reports in Argentina suggest Lanzini is a Liverpool target. Sports newspaper Ole claim the West Ham playmaker is one of the top names on Jurgen Klopp's summer transfer wishlist as he looks to find a replacement for Philippe Coutinho, who joined Barcelona in January. The 25-year-old has cooled speculation though, telling West Ham's official website: "I've always said I am very happy at the club and it's a club where I feel very comfortable and I really enjoy working with these group of players."
Timo Werner to Liverpool
Klopp is in close contact with representatives of RB Leipzig striker Werner, according to Bild. The German daily claims the forward has become unsettled by talk of Ralph Hasenhuttl leaving the Bundesliga side and sees his own future elsewhere. Liverpool have already agreed to bring his teammate Naby Keita to Anfield this summer and a €100 million bid should be enough to see Werner join the Premier League club.
Kieran Tierney to Manchester United
Manchester United have upped their interest in Celtic defender Tierney, according to the Daily Record. Jose Mourinho is believed to want to overhaul his backline in the summer and his scouting team have recommended the Scotland international, who can play either at left-back or centre-back. The 20-year-old signed a new six-year contract with Celtic last October and the Scottish champions will want upwards of £20m, a fee which shouldn't be a problem for the Premier League side.
Aaron Ramsey to Juventus
Arsenal midfielder Ramsey has emerged as a surprise Juventus target this summer. The Sun report the Italian giants are ready to battle it out with Manchester United for the Wales international. The Serie A side want the 27-year-old to form part of a new-look midfield alongside Emre Can. They are reportedly long-term admirers of Ramsey and had planned to snap him up when his contract runs out in the summer of 2019, but Mourinho's interest has led them to make an early move. He would cost around £35m.
Scott Sinclair to Bournemouth
Both Bournemouth and Brighton are monitoring Scott Sinclair's situation at Celtic, according to the Scottish Mail. The forward joined the Scottish champions in 2016 and was a regular in the treble-winning season, but has started the last two league matches on the bench. The Englishman has two years left on his contract and Celtic may be tempted to sell as Brendan Rodgers freshens up his front line in the summer.
