Tiemoue Bakayoko to Chelsea
According to Sky Sports analyst and journalist Guillem Balague, Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko has agreed personal terms with Chelsea ahead of a summer move to Stamford Bridge. However, the two clubs haven't struck a deal. The 22-year-old midfielder has been one of the standout performers for the Ligue 1 club and appears to top Antonio Conte's summer wish-list.
Bernardo Silva to Bayern Munich
TalkSPORT claim Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich are set to pip Manchester United and Chelsea to the signature of Monaco playmaker Bernardo Silva. The former Benfica man will potentially only be allowed to leave the French outfit if their £60 million demands are met. Silva has reportedly been a long-term transfer target for Jose Mourinho but the Bavarian club have jumped to the front of the queue.
Michael Keane to Liverpool
According to reports in the Daily Mail, Liverpool have identified Burnley centre-back Michael Keane as a transfer target ahead of the summer window. The 24-year-old, a former Manchester United player, has been linked with moves to Chelsea, Manchester City and Everton over recent months, but Jurgen Klopp's men are in need of defensive reinforcements and now reportedly lead the race. It is reported Sean Dyche's side will hold out for around £20m for their commanding centre-back.
Wayne Rooney to West Ham United
Wayne Rooney is a target for West Ham United according to Sky sources. The former Everton forward and Manchester United's all-time record goalscorer has a contract at Old Trafford until 2019 but reports suggest he will be allowed to leave this summer. Jose Mourinho is set to freshen up his forward line and the 31-year-old could be a victim of the overhaul. A senior source at West Ham said: "Never say never" when asked about the possibility of Rooney joining the club.
Isco to Manchester City
According to France Football, Manchester City forward Sergio Aguero is a summer target for Real Madrid and Los Blancos are prepared to offer playmaker Isco as a makeweight in the deal. The former Malaga attacker has failed to cement a place in Zinedine Zidane's first-team and is perpetually linked with moves elsewhere. Tottenham Hotspur are reported to be long-term admirers but the allure of playing under Pep Guardiola could be too much to ignore.
