Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang shows off Arsenal goalkeeper skills amid ongoing goal drought
Still chasing his first goal of the season, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang appears to be exploring a possible positional switch should his drought continue much longer.
Having failed to trouble the net in three appearances so far, the Gabonese poacher joked that the Arsenal coaches have found a new role for him.
3 games without scoring!! they found me a new job 😆😂😂💪🏽 pic.twitter.com/NHKs2V0hca— Aubameyang P-E (@Aubameyang7) 29 August 2018
Indeed, Aubameyang was stationed in goal during Wednesday's training session and would you believe he was really rather good, saving four shots in a row until finally being beaten from distance.
The Gunners may have Petr Cech and Bernd Leno to pick from but it must be reassuring to know that, should the worst happen, they can rely on their £55m striker to fill in as a makeshift keeper.
