LA Galaxy's Zlatan Ibrahimovic considering becoming an action star
Lights. Cameras. Zlatan?
Oh yes, Toe Poke friends, what we've always dreamed could soon become big-screen reality. Everyone's favourite Swashbuckling Swede -- the one and only Zlatan Ibrahimovic -- has admitted he's considering a career as a film star.
And who can blame him?
His larger-than-life presence and penchant for delivering meme-worthy punchlines are a natural fit for Hollywood. Add to his resume his well-documented martial arts prowess, and well ... duh! The LA Galaxy man has it all!
"I have my wife, I got my two kids. If I was single I would spread some investments here in the US and you would have future legends in the soccer. But sorry I'm already occupied by my wife and two kids." - @Ibra_official on how he could develop soccer in the US pic.twitter.com/4slUSF8PlF— Dan Patrick Show (@dpshow) April 19, 2018
So just what kind of movie star would he be?
"Something like Rambo, Bourne Identity," Ibrahimovic told The Dan Patrick Show on Thursday. "People say I should be a villain, because my English is like Ivan Drago."
Well, we at Toe Poke say move over The Rock -- Zlatan is coming for your spot!
But that wasn't the only item to come from the latest memorable media appearance by the big Swede. He also had a plan for helping U.S. Soccer in the future, but it's best you watch the video (embedded) for that one.
