United States star Christian Pulisic reunited with his dog thanks to Twitter
Christmas is a time for miracles, and United States international Christian Pulisic was given the perfect present as a kindly Twitter user reunited him with his dog for the holidays.
Pulisic, back home for the Christmas break from his German team Borussia Dortmund, was staying a couple of hours away from his precious pooch, who was in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and put out a request for an act of kindness from one of his Twitter faithful on Dec. 22.
Anyone willing to drive my pup from Hershey to Washington DC so I can see him for the holidays:) pic.twitter.com/Rb4bijEMvz— Christian Pulisic (@cpulisic_10) December 22, 2017
And lo and beyond, it happened.
I actually got done making this happen a little bit ago. pic.twitter.com/CWK4OlLA5S— Tristan Gilliland-Kunkle (@410RaceChaser) December 24, 2017
2 of the kindest people I've ever met. Thank you 🐶 https://t.co/XXOGeokY2W— Christian Pulisic (@cpulisic_10) December 24, 2017
Absolutely legendary. You're a true American hero 🇺🇸⚽️👏🏼🎅🏻✌🏼🙌❤️ https://t.co/gzb7WnmaxY— Landon Donovan (@landondonovan) December 25, 2017
Even former United States international Landon Donovan was impressed! Just don't ask the kind stranger to ferry the canine companion back to Dortmund when the holidays are over!
