Man United's David De Gea loves Rio Ferdinand's reaction to heroics at Arsenal
Having made over 400 appearances for the club as a player, it's perhaps little surprise that Rio Ferdinand is still heavily invested in the fortunes of Manchester United.
Indeed, the former centre-back cut an animated figure in the BT Sport studio at the Emirates stadium while watching United's Premier League clash against Arsenal earlier this month.
While his media colleagues were sat watching the match on their screens, Ferdinand was up and leaping about the room, kicking every metaphorical ball on the pitch down below.
The 39-year-old was also impressed by a couple of trademark David De Gea reaction saves, loudly proclaiming the United goalkeeper "the best in the world" after watching the Spain international pull off an incredible double-save to keep the Gunners at bay.

Ferdinand's effusive praise didn't go unnoticed either, with De Gea himself offering a brief note of appreciation on social media.
United went on to register a comprehensive 3-1 victory, at which point Rio presumably tipped over the edge and succumbed to spontaneous human combustion.
