Thibaut Courtois scores brilliant acrobatic volley in Chelsea training
Antonio Conte's concerns about adding a third striker for Chelsea may have been put to rest -- by none other than Thibaut Courtois.
The goalkeeper pulled off an acrobatic overhead volley in Chelsea training upon returning from Belgium duty earlier this week and promptly shared the feat on his Twitter account.
Not quite Mario Mandzukic, yet not quite David Luiz, and with a little touch of Geoff Hurst, Courtois' right-footed attempt off what appeared to be a corner and from just past the penalty spot rang the crossbar before dropping over the goal line.
Courtois has been known to get rather tricky in training, having made a free kick from nearly 25 metres back in January.
Perhaps he should have considered a different approach when taking his penalty in the Community Shield last month?
