Manchester United stars Herrera, De Gea, Rojo get sign language lesson

Manchester United have been brushing up on their communication skills ahead of Tuesday night's UEFA Super Cup against Real Madrid in the Macedonian capital city of Skopje.

Indeed, the club sent Ander Herrera, David De Gea and Marcus Rojo down to the dugouts at the Philip II Arena in order to learn a little bit of sign language from a local lad with hearing impairment.

Of course, being absolute beginners, Herrera, De Gea and Rojo started with everyday basic expressions such as "Manchester United is going to win tomorrow."

We shall see if that particular sentence proves useful come the final whistle tonight.

Chris covers the funny side of the game for ESPN FC in the Toe Poke blog.
