White smoke at jerk chicken shop signals new appointment at Palace
With Frank De Boer poised and ready to take the reins, Crystal Palace found an ingenious way to alert their Twitter followers to the imminent managerial appointment.
Indeed, the club borrowed heavily from the Vatican City by releasing plumes of white smoke into the air above Selhurst Park.
However, rather than the famous old chimney at the Papal conclave, the Eagles instead used the one at the Tasty Jerk takeaway, just around the corner from their stadium.
Impressive stuff, and certainly the most creative coach arrival we've seen in quite some time.
