Leicester's Shakespeare inspires monologue from BBC's John Motson

Leicester City caretaker manager Craig Shakespeare, as you may have noticed, shares a surname with the great British playwright.

But while that link between the Foxes' coach and the Bard of Stratford-upon-Avon may have already inspired way too many contrived puns from sportswriters, veteran BBC commentator John Motson's preview of the struggling Premier League champions' match against Hull City was a minor literary masterpiece of its own.

Referencing "Richard III," Julius Caesar and "All's Well That Ends Well," "Motty" delivered his prematch soliloquy in his trademark sheepskin coat.

Motson's performance proved that, indeed, all the world's a stage, even pitchside at the King Power Stadium. Bravo!
