Harry Kane meets Tottenham's oldest season ticket holder
Harry Kane was the star in Tottenham's 3-0 win over Bournemouth at White Hart Lane on Sunday but Spurs' half time guest nearly stole the show.
Irene is the club's oldest season ticket holder and has been going to the Lane since the 1930s. The 101-year-old received a brilliant reception when she was paraded alongside Spurs' double-winner Pat Jennings at the interval, and she met Kane after the match.
It would be interesting to know where Irene ranks Kane on a list of all-time Tottenham greats, as the 22-year-old's scored a brace for the second week running to reach 21 for the season, the same number he managed last term. Only Manchester City's Sergio Aguero has matched Kane's goal tally since the start of last season -- both have 42.
Kane also joined an elite group of five Englishmen to score 20 or more goals in consecutive Premier League seasons along with Les Ferdinand, Andy Cole, Robbie Fowler and Alan Shearer, while he is on course to become the first Englishman since Kevin Phillips in 2000 to win the Golden Boot.
