Tottenham take 14-minute flight under the radar in Norwich win

Tottenham's 3-0 win at Norwich saw them leapfrog neighbours Arsenal, who drew 0-0 with Southampton, in the Premier League table -- but the results may not be the only thing irritating Gunners boss Arsene Wenger.

Back in November, Wenger was forced to defend Arsenal's decision to take a 14-minute flight to Norwich for a Premier League match, after it was labelled "ridiculous" and "ludicrous" by campaigners, who claimed it proved footballers live in their own bubble of excessive wealth.

"There was some road work planned," pleaded the Frenchman at the time.

But Spurs did exactly the same thing on Tuesday. Indeed, after Dele Alli's early strike and a double from Harry Kane had secured victory at Carrow Road, a happy Spurs squad made an identical trip to Arsenal back to North London.

Erik Lamela looked like he had a nice time though.
