Alberto Gilardino to Montreal Impact
Former World Cup winner Gilardino has been without a club since leaving Pescara in June. The 35-year-old has been training with MLS side Montreal Impact and wants to not only join the club on a permanent basis, he wants to finish his career there.
Alexis Sanchez to Real Madrid
According to Spanish outlet Don Balon, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has earmarked Sanchez as a target as he seeks to replace Alvaro Morata after failing to do so in the summer. Sanchez, still a Manchester City target, is free to talk to foreign clubs in January and could strike a deal with the La Liga champions.
Jack Wilshere to Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace are plotting a January move for Wilshere, with new boss Roy Hodgson known to be a long-term admirer of the Arsenal midfielder. The 25-year-old's deal expires in the summer and Hodgson wants his employers to put together a package to tempt Arsene Wenger into parting with the player, according to reports in the Daily Mail. Wilshere continues to be on the periphery at Arsenal and the club may want to cash in before he's able to leave on a free transfer.
Brahim Diaz to Real Madrid
Manchester City lost highly rated youngster Jadon Sancho to Borussia Dortmund in the summer and Real Madrid now want to take Diaz to the Bernabeu. Diario Madridista claim the Champions League holders are keeping close tabs on the 18-year-old as they continue their youth recruitment drive. The attacking midfielder would join the Marco Asensio, Jesus Vallejo, Dani Ceballos, Lucas Vazquez and Theo Hernandez in the Real Madrid squad.
Thomas Delaney to Tottenham
Tottenham and Everton are to go to battle for the signature of Werder Bremen midfielder Delaney. The Danish international turned down an approach from Burnley in the summer but would be open to a move to the Premier League, according to reports in Sport Bild. The 26-year-old has a £13.5 million release clause in his deal, which expires in 2021, and would represent value for money in an inflated market.
