Ecuador's Enner Valencia scored twice to lead his team to a come-from-behind win over Honduras.

A goal each on Friday from Olivier Giroud and Moussa Sissoko during France's 5-2 routing of Switzerland had briefly put the English Premier League atop the table of goals by league in the tournament. However, Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Granit Xhaka's 87th-minute strike for Switzerland brought the Bundesliga back level with at 15 each.

Bayern Munich remain atop the list of goals by club with eight from three different players -- Arjen Robben and Thomas Muller both have three, Mario Mandzukic two. They are followed by Manchester United with five goals -- Robin van Persie has scored three, while Wayne Rooney and Marouane Fellaini have one each). Spanish rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid are tied for third with four each.

The last time 77 goals were scored through the first 26 matches of a World Cup was the 1982 tournament.
