Arsenal's hopes over, according to SPI

A lopsided loss to Everton and an away win over West Ham for Liverpool have officially eliminated Arsenal from Premier League title contention, according to SPI.

The odds of Liverpool winning the league increased slightly and Sunday's result gave a slim glimmer of hope to Everton (28.23%) for a top-four finish and a coveted spot in the Champions League next season.

However, it is looking like Manchester City still has a stronghold on the odds to win the league this season.

Premier League SPI Title Odds (entering Sunday)

Manchester City: 70.94 percent to win / 99.99 percent to finish in the top four Liverpool: 16.36 percent / 99.76 percent Chelsea: 13.10 percent / 99.84 percent Arsenal: 0.05 percent / 84.76 percent \ Premier League SPI Title Odds (after Sunday’s results) \ Manchester City: 66.0 percent / 99.99 percent Liverpool: 23.97 percent / 99.95 percent Chelsea: 10.03 percent\ / 99.84 percent Arsenal: 0 percent / 70.17 percent
