Robert Huth leads the way, time to bring in Southampton defenders?

The ESPN FC panel weigh in on the SPI indicating that Leicester City are now Premier League title favourites.

It was a weekend of walkovers, walk-outs and wonder in the ESPN FC Premier Fantasy game.

Leicester dismantled Manchester City to get the whole world believing the unbelievable, while Liverpool fans staged a 77th minute walk-out in protest at ticket prices and the Reds' defence followed suit not long after, shipping two late goals to Sunderland. And the wonder? Aston Villa not only won, but they also scored twice for the first time in more than two months -- and only the fifth time all season.

Alexis Sanchez key for Arsenal, Roberto Firmino to fire for Liverpool?

The FC crew discuss Arsenal's four-game winless run and debate whether or not they can still win the Premier League title.

There's no doubting the biggest match-up of ESPN FC Premier Fantasy Gameweek 25, with the top two going toe-to-toe at The Etihad. But only a week later the stakes will go that little bit higher as Arsenal host Leicester and City go up against Spurs.

Here's how the first instalment of a potentially thrilling two gameweeks could pan out.

Gameweek 24 of the ESPN FC Premier Fantasy season involved a number of statements from the league's top teams.

Leicester told us all that they're now in it to win it with a rousing victory over Liverpool, while Man City proved they could win ugly at Sunderland.

Spurs moved up to third and have momentum on their side, leapfrogging an Arsenal team that are winless in four and floundering, and even the much-derided Manchester United hit three to keep their faint title hopes alive.

Sergio Aguero and Andros Townsend top wanted list for fantasy managers

A full set of midweek fixtures awaits ESPN FC Premier Fantasy managers.

Here's the pick of the matches -- and the fantasy players.

TEAM EFFORTS

Spurs travel to Norwich with the best away defensive record in the league, with just 10 goals conceded in 11 matches.

Two issues might prevent leading defender Toby Alderweireld (£7.0m) from keeping his eighth clean sheet of the season, however.

Norwich have scored a respectable 16 goals at home -- the same figure as Arsenal -- and Jan Vertonghen (£6.6m)...

Roberto Firmino and Sergio Aguero catch the eye of fantasy managers

The ESPN FC crew bump heads once again when discussing the Premier League Team of the Weekend.

Arguably the match of the season came at Carrow Road, with one of the goals of the season at Selhurst Park, as Gameweek 23 of ESPN FC Premier Fantasy was once again long on thrills and short on clean sheets.

Here's how January's league action went out with a bang.

WEEKLY WONDERS

Roberto Firmino (£6.7m) was the star of Liverpool's 5-4 thriller at Norwich, hitting two goals and an assist for 18 points. With four goals in his last three league matches, the Brazilian is a bargain at that price,...

Wayne Rooney a key man for Man United, Toby Alderweireld top defender

Mauricio Pochettino insists he is careful of signing a new striker as he already has one of the "best in the world."

A frenzied four weeks of festive fixtures is finally finished and only four teams have anything but the league to worry about for the next few days.

As a result, the enemy of every ESPN FC Premier Fantasy manager -- squad rotation -- is unlikely to be an issue outside of the Capital One Cup semifinalists. So be selective when considering Man City, Everton, Stoke and Liverpool players, but otherwise, we're just about back to business as usual.
