Chelsea's Eden Hazard was one of several fantasy standouts over the weekend.

Outstanding performances

Olivier Giroud, Arsenal (8.4)
The Frenchman had a brace against Newcastle, breaking a brief three-game scoring slump.

Santi Cazorla, Arsenal (7.8)
Looking more like last season's fantasy star, the Spaniard scored his first goal from open play and then added his second penalty goal against Newcastle, giving him three goals in his last two games.

Fantasy Follow-up: Week 15

Andy Carroll rose to the occasion with a couple of fine headers.

Andy Carroll is back with a bang, but fantasy points could be lost as Sergio Aguero is out through injury.

Outstanding performances

Andy Carroll, West Ham (6.3) He had the kind of day Hammers supporters have been hoping for. On Sunday against Swansea in his fourth game back from a long injury layoff, Carroll had two goals and an assist and helped lift Big Sam's team into fourth place.

Robin van Persie, Manchester United (9.2) Silencing those who questioned his star power, the Dutchman scored two...

Premier League fantasy team of the month for November

With the resetting of squads a month away, ESPN FC's Mark Donaldson has some advice to Premier Fantasy players: Use your available transfers ... or lose them!

Each month we select the in-form players in ESPN FC's Premier League fantasy game -- could this provide a hint for future success?

- It's not too late: Sign up for Premier League fantasy

Manchester City have battled through troubled times for much of the early part of this season. But -- for fantasy managers at least -- the worm turned in November.

City have provided three players for our Team of the Month, two of them topping the points for their respective positions. Does it mean we can all start...
