Why he's here: Ronaldo celebrated his fifth Ballon d'Or by netting a brace in Real Madrid's 5-0 walloping of Sevilla on Saturday.

2. Lionel Messi | Barcelona

Why he's here: Messi scored once as Barcelona beat Villarreal 2-0 on Sunday. It was the Argentine's 525th goal for the club, tying Gerd Muller for most goals for a single club in Europe's top five leagues.

3. Kylian Mbappe | Paris Saint-Germain
