TOP STORY: Bayern could set up Tuchel-Mount reunion
Bayern Munich are considering a swoop for Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount, reports The Times.
The Bundesliga club are reported to be keeping a close eye on the 24-year-old's situation at Stamford Bridge, with hopes of being able to land him if the Blues fail to secure him to a contract extension.

Mount will enter the final year of his deal in June, and with former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel now in the dugout at Bayern, the Allianz Arena hierarchy would be willing to help set up a reunion.
Chelsea would still demand a transfer fee of £50 million despite Mount's contract winding down in 12 months, with England international deemed to be a key player for Graham Potter's side.
Mount has contributed five goals in 23 Premier League appearances this season and has previously been linked with Liverpool.

21:54 BST: Olivier Giroud and AC Milan have reached a verbal agreement over a new contract, with the striker set to earn €3.8m per year, as per Sky Sports.
The France international sees his current contract expire in the summer, however, it has always been believed the 36-year-old was keen to stay at the San Siro. The report reveals that the new deal will keep Giroud at Milan until 2024.
21.13 BST: Brighton are looking to open contract talks with Evan Ferguson with Tottenham showing interest in the striker, according to Football Insider.
The report states the Republic of Ireland international is happy to stay with the Seagulls, as he looks to continue his development. The 18-year-old has three years left on his current deal, but Brighton are eager to hand the forward a bumper deal, to keep him at the Amex for the foreseeable future.
20.21 BST: Napoli are looking to offload Piotr Zielinksi in the summer, despite the midfielder wanting to stay in Naples, report Calciomercato.
The Poland international has featured 36 times in all competitions this season, scoring seven goals, with four of these coming in the Champions League. The report reveals that Napoli are keen to allow Zielinksi to leave in the summer, to ensure they do not lose the 28-year-old on a free transfer next summer, with his deal expiring in June 2024.
20.09 BST: Borussia Mönchengladbach are interested in FC Cincinnati forward Brandon Vazquez, reports Sky Germany's Marlon Irlbacher.
The tweet reveals that Monchengladbach sporting director Roland Virkus was present at Cincinnati's 1-0 win against Nashville SC, where Vazquez netted the winner. The 24-year-old has a contract until 2025 with FC Cincinnati, meaning the MLS club are under no financial pressure to let the United States international leave.
19.37 BST: Barcelona will look to sell Sergino Dest in the summer, amid interest from Union Berlin, West Ham and Crystal Palace in the right-back, according to Sport.
The 22-year-old has spent this season on loan at AC Milan, but has struggled to impress in Italy, which has led to Barcelona wanting to offload the United States international in the summer.
The report reveals that if Union Berlin secure qualification for the Champions League this season, they would be interested in signing Dest. The German side currently sit third in the Bundesliga as they look to qualify for the Champions League for the first time in their history.
18:55 BST: Brighton are plotting a summer move for Celtic midfielder Reo Hatate, as per Football Insider. Hatate has endured a stellar season for the Scottish giants, netting eight goals in all competitions for Ange Postecoglou's side. The report reveals that this has led to interest from several Premier League clubs, as well as other European clubs.
The 25-year-old Japan international signed a contract with the Glasgow club until 2026, when he joined in January 2022 from Kawasaki Frontale, meaning Celtic can demand a hefty fee for Hatate in the summer.
18:20 BST: Manchester United are keen to keep David de Gea as negotiations over a new contract with the goalkeeper continue, reports Fabrizio Romano.
The Spain international sees his current deal with the Red Devils expire in the summer, and despite reports suggesting that Erik ten Hag is in the market for a replacement, Romano states that both the club and De Gea are optimistic of a new contract, with discussions continuing regarding the salary and length of the deal.
17:55 BST: Leeds United, Leicester City, Fulham, Wolves and Aston Villa are amongst the clubs monitoring Lorient midfielder Enzo Le Fee, according to Ekrem Konur.
The 23-year-old midfielder will not leave the French club for less than £20m this summer, and with his contract expiring next June, Lorient will be forced into letting the playmaker leave ahead of next season, if they are to secure a fee for France U-21 international.
Le Fee has been pivotal for Lorient in their push for European football, netting five goals in 28 Ligue 1 appearances this campaign.
17.30 BST: Roma are interested in signing Juan Cuadrado, with the winger out of contract in the summer, as per Calciomercato. The Colombia international has featured 32 times for Juventus this season, however, there have been little signs of Cuadrado extending his stay with the Turin giants beyond the summer.
The report reveals that Italian rivals Roma are interested in the prospect of signing the 34-year-old for free, having played under I Giallorossi manager Jose Mourinho previously at Chelsea.
17.10 BST: Angel City FC announced on Wednesday the signing of Mexican forward Scarlett Camberos on a two-year contract via a transfer from Club América for an undisclosed fee.
"I'm super excited to join Angel City. It has always been a goal of mine to play in the NWSL," Camberos said in a club statement. "It's their second year in the league, and there is still a lot of story to write with this new club. I love the fans, the environment, and I'm glad that my family has the opportunity to watch me play in the wonderful city of Los Angeles."
Camberos spent the last two seasons at Club América, scoring 18 goals in 41 total appearances. She also contributed to the club's appearances in the Apertura 2022 tournament finals and the semifinals of the 2022 Women's Cup.

15.53 BST: Manchester United are planning to step up contract talks with Marcus Rashford before the end of the season, sources have told ESPN.
United triggered a one-year option in Rashford's contract in December which will keep him at Old Trafford until 2024 but the club are keen to agree a long-term deal.
Sources close to Rashford insist the striker is focused on having a successful end to the season but representatives expect to make a step forward in negotiations before the end of the campaign. United would like to reach an agreement by the end of the year and ideally by the start of next season.
French champions Paris Saint-Germain have shown interest in Rashford in the past but the 25-year-old is expected to stay at United, where he is enjoying the best season of his career under Erik ten Hag.
United are looking for a striker ahead of the summer transfer window but Rashford remains a key part of Ten Hag's plans.
15.34 BST: Sources have told ESPN that Manchester United are ready to listen to offers for a number of senior players in a bid to increase their summer budget and navigate Financial Fair Play constraints.
Scott McTominay, who scored both goals in Scotland's 2-0 win over Spain on Tuesday, is wanted by Newcastle while there is also interest from the Premier League and Europe in Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Dean Henderson.
Eric Bailly and Alex Telles will be allowed to leave permanently after loan spells this season. Anthony Elanga and Brandon Williams are likely to be made available on loan and Phil Jones and Axel Tuanzebe are set to leave at the end of their contracts in June.
14.59 BST: Liverpool will look to strengthen their defence with the free transfer signing of Eintracht Frankfurt's Evan Ndicka, says The Daily Mirror.
Ndicka, 23, left Auxerre for a move to the Bundesliga in 2018 and has impressed ever since. The France U21 international has been scouted by Barcelona, PSG, Tottenham and Arsenal in the past, and is set to leave Eintracht when his contract expires this summer.
14.02 BST: The Daily Star claims Manchester United are ready to offer Tottenham £80m to sign striker Harry Kane.
Sources have told ESPN that United's priority targets up front this summer will include Napoli's Victor Osimhen, RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko and, if he opts against signing a new contract, Kane.
The England captain is also on the radar of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Chelsea but he has one more season left on his Spurs deal and wants win trophies.
13.24 BST: Napoli forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will extend his contract for another five years, says Footmercato.
Kvaratskhelia, 22, has been one of the best players in Europe this season with 14 goals and 16 assists in 30 games for the Serie A leaders.
With Real Madrid, Man City and a host of other top clubs on his trail, the Georgia international is set to pen new terms until 2028 at an annual salary of €4m net.
12.41 BST: FIFA has extended bans imposed on past and present Juventus officials to apply worldwide, the football governing body said on Wednesday, with Tottenham's managing director of football Fabio Paratici among the individuals affected by the move.
In January, Serie A's Juventus were deducted 15 points for the season by an Italian football court investigating the club's transfer dealings and finances.
The court also imposed bans from holding office in Italian football on a number of the club's officials.
These included a 30-month ban for former sports director, Paratici, who joined Spurs in 2021 following an 11-year stint at Juventus.
12.30 BST: When considering the best young player under the age of 21, there's only one winner.
11.45 BST: Barcelona face stiff competition from Arsenal and Chelsea for the signing of Athletico Paranaense striker Vitor Roque, according to Sport.
Roque's father, Juvenal Ferreira, and his agents arrived in London this week to undergo talks with interested parties. Ferreira is expected to travel to Paris to meet PSG representatives and also to Barcelona.
Roque, 18, remains Barca's top summer target. He made his Brazil debut in Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Morocco and joined Athletico Paranaense from Cruzeiro in April 2022 for €4.7m, where he is under contract with the Brazilian club through May 2027.
He attracted the attention of top European clubs after he helped the Brazil U20 side win the South American Championships in January and could cost around €60m to sign.
11.03 BST: Barcelona have a verbal agreement in place to sign Inigo Martinez in the summer and are pressing on with negotiations to bring in Ilkay Gundogan, sources have told ESPN.
Both moves are dependent on Barca reducing their wage bill, though, with the Catalan club expected to be in excess of their LaLiga-imposed spending limit next season.
LaLiga president Javier Tebas has said they will need to reduce more than €150m from their outgoings, with the Spanish league preventing them from registering midfielder Gavi's new contract until their financial situation improves.
Barca, meanwhile, are moving ahead with plans to strengthen and are targeting Athletic Club defender Martinez and Manchester City midfielder Gundogan, who are both out of contract in June.
10.43 BST: Real Betis are in advanced talks to bring back Hector Bellerin to the club, according to Marca.
Bellerin has not signed a contract extension with Sporting CP, with his current deal ending this summer. The Spanish right-back enjoyed a successful 2021-22 season on loan at Betis from Arsenal and is keen to return to Seville.Betis have already held talks with Bellerin's entourage for the player to join the club this summer.
Bellerin, 28, joined Sporting in a €1m transfer from Barcelona in January and has made four league appearances for the Portuguese outfit.
10.17 BST: Paris Saint-Germain are closely monitoring Roberto Mancini's situation with the Italy national team, La Repubblica newspaper reports.
Mancini, 58, has been at the helm of the Azzurri since 2018 and is under contract with Italy's FA through July 2026. But amid speculation that Mancini could leave the national team this summer, PSG are reportedly considering the former Manchester City coach as a candidate to replace Christophe Galtier.
Galtier could be dismissed by PSG at the end of the season after the club's round-of-16 exit from the Champions League.
09.50 BST: Ansu Fati's father says he is furious at this son's lack of minutes at Barcelona this season and that he would be open to a move away from the Catalan club.
Ansu, 20, has made 38 appearances in all competitions under coach Xavi Hernandez, but 27 of them have come as a substitute.
Bori Fati -- who manages his son's career alongside agent Jorge Mendes -- insists Ansu deserves more minutes and has pledged not to return to Camp Nou to watch a match until the situation changes.
"If it was up to me, I would take him [to another team] but [Ansu] wants to stay at Barcelona," Bori told Cope on Tuesday. "He does not want to sign for another club, but I want to see him succeed. As a dad, I am angry. Seeing Ansu play so little winds you up a little bit and sometimes I think as a father, not a coach."
Ansu broke into the Barca team at the age of 16, breaking appearance and goal scoring records in LaLiga and the Champions League, but a series of unfortunate injuries saw him miss most of the previous two campaigns. However, he has remained fit throughout the current season, with Bori stressing that he is "more explosive than ever" when confident and just lacking rhythm and games.
The situation led to Bori calling a meeting with Barca sporting director Mateu Alemany and Ansu's agent Mendes this week.
"I called Mateu," he added when asked who set the summit up. "He told us that Ansu is part of the club's heritage and they have bet big on him. As a dad, I think differently, maybe I am wrong. He is your franchise player, the No.10, he took [that number] on when no one was ready to take it from [Lionel] Messi.
"What annoys me is how they're treating him in terms of minutes. One minute, two, three... I am not asking for him to be a starter whatever, because all the forwards at the club are phenomenonal, but we are talking about Ansu Fati, of Spain and Barcelona, who came through La Masia... if you don't give him [a chance], who will you?
"If it carries on like this, I will go [back] to [the family home in] Seville and that's that. I didn't go to the game against [Real] Madrid. I won't go to the stadium anymore. The other day Ansu asked me why I didn't go, he thought I was there. I told him I didn't fancy it."
09.11 BST: Manchester United are not yet close to agreeing a new contract with Marcus Rashford, according to The Athletic.
Rashford has been rejuvenated this season, scoring 27 goals in 44 appearances across all competitions -- the best goals return of his career with two months still to go.
United have already triggered a one-year extension, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2024. The Red Devils now need to agree a longer deal to secure his future and initial discussions have been held.
Paris Saint-Germain have previously been linked with the 25-year-old, but an exit seems unlikely with United's future far brighter under coach Erik ten Hag.
David de Gea's future is more pressing, with his deal expiring in three months. United have decided against activating the one-year extension in his contract as they are not willing to do so at his current £375,000-a-week salary. The club want to agree a fresh deal on a lower wage.
08.30 BST: Sport1 in Germany reports that Arsenal are keeping tabs on Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Jesper Lindstrom.
Lindstrom, 23, has nine senior international caps for Denmark and could be available for a transfer fee of €30m.
The former Brondby player is looking for a new challenge after three years in the Bundesliga, and the report says that his club will not stand in his way if his valuation is met.
Four clubs have been in contact with Frankfurt, with Arsenal the leading contenders. Fellow Premier League outfit Brentford could be rivals for his signature

- A bid of €100m to sign RB Leipzig defender Josko Gvardiol would be rejected this summer, according to Sky Sports Deutschland's Florian Plettenberg. The 21-year-old Croatia international has been linked with a number of sides across Europe, but it looks as though the club's hierarchy remain intent on keeping him at the Red Bull Arena for at least another season.
- Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan is attracting interest from Barcelona and one other club, reveals Fabrizio Romano. Man City are reported to be waiting on the 32-year-old's decision, with his contract expiring in the summer, but he is taking time over his decision with belief that he would commit the final years of his career if he was to sign a new deal at the Etihad Stadium.
- Barcelona are assessing the idea of re-signing Chelsea forward Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang on a one-season loan, reports Sport. The 33-year-old is determined to make the switch back to Camp Nou and is willing to accept a lower salary as the financially stricken Blaugrana look to find ways to reinforce their squad with free transfers and loan deals.
- Internazionale are set to switch their attention to signing centre-back Alessandro Bastoni to a new contract, reports Calciomercato. The 23-year-old has been a key player for the Serie A side this season, but with his terms entering the final 12 months in the summer, the Nerazzurri are hopeful of reaching an agreement over a new long-term deal.
- Villarreal won't be able to keep centre-back Pau Torres if they don't secure Champions League football next season, writes Relevo. The club are in sixth place and seven points behind fourth with 12 games to go in LaLiga.
