LIVE Transfer Talk: Arsenal can get Coutinho for £9m but Barca want Guendouzi

The coronavirus pandemic has made the transfer market uncertain -- and you can find out when the windows open here -- but here are the rumours floating around Europe's big leagues and beyond.

TOP STORY: Arsenal to grab Coutinho for 'bargain' price 

Barcelona castaway Philippe Coutinho could be on his way to Arsenal for just £9 million -- but only if Barca are able to get Matteo Guendouzi in the swap deal.

The Independent reports that Gunners boss Mikel Arteta could have the ex-Liverpool forward in his squad next term, after he spent a lacklustre loan spell at Bayern Munich.

Negotiations between Arsenal and Barcelona are in early stages, but victory in the FA Cup final against Chelsea (Stream LIVE on ESPN+: Saturday, 12:30 p.m. ET, US only) will significantly add to Arteta's budget and possibly pave the way for the deal.

A transfer is unlikely to be simple, though, given that Juventus are also interested in Guendouzi. The report states that Arsenal are exploring the possibility of a swap move with the Italian club also.

21.21 BST: Marca reports that Atletico Madrid have been in talks for weeks with Chinese Super League club Dalian to extend the loan arrangement that saw Yannick Carrasco return to Los Rojiblancos without triggering his purchase option.

20.14 BST: Internazionale are prepared to offer 25-year-old centre-back Milan Skriniar and cash to Tottenham Hotspur in exchange for 23-year-old want-away midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, according to the Sun.

19.07 BST: While Sergio Ramos is aging like a fine wine, his advanced years have Real Madrid beginning to plan for life without their captain, and with Eder Militao struggling in his debut campaign at the Bernabeu, Mundo Deportivo writes that Los Blancos have identified RB Leipzig centre-back Dayot Upamecano as the heir to Ramos' throne, with Gabriel of Lille and AS Monaco's 19-year-old Benoit Badiashile are also on their radar.

18.00 BST: Arsenal have left Mesut Ozil out of the side again for the FA Cup final. Is there an obvious replacement for him at Aston Villa?

17.23 BST: TEAMtalk claims Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen are closing on an agreement for midfielder Kai Havertz.

Havertz, 21, has made it clear he wants to move to London before Leverkusen's Europa League tie with Rangers.

The two clubs are in negotiations over the German club's €90m asking price, sources have told ESPN's James Olley, with TEAMtalk reporting that "the deal will see a substantial up front payment and further payments spread over the course of his five-year contract."

17.05 BST: Leeds United are back in the Premier League and could be set to sign KAA Gent full-back Milad Mohammadi ahead of next season, says Football Insider.

Mohammadi, 26, would cost around €7m after the Iran international impressed in the Belgian league this campaign.

16.45 BST: Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho is a real talent, it's no wonder Man United want him.

16.02 BST: Napoli chief Aurelio de Laurentiis says that star defender Kalidou Koulibaly will cost €90m if any club wants to sign him.

Koulibaly, 29, has been linked with a summer move to Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, PSG and Bayern, among others.

"Kalidou is a wonderful person and of course it'd be sad to lose him," De Laurentiis told Sky Italia. "Everything has a time and a place, even when it comes to going our separate ways.

"Having said that, we don't have €90m (£81m) on the table and in any case, it takes two to separate."

14.55 BST: Oldham Athletic have appointed former Liverpool and Leeds United winger Harry Kewell as their new manager following the sacking of Dino Maamria.

The club announced on Friday that Maamria would be leaving the club after 10 months in charge where he won just nine matches out of 32.

Kewell has been given a one-year deal by the club with an option to extend it.

14.51 BST: Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Inter Milan are willing to offer Lionel Messi a €66m a season pay deal to join them on a free transfer.

The 33-year-old could leave Barcelona when his contract expires in 2021, with the Serie A side putting together a €265m package for a four-year-deal.

However, it's very unlikely that Messi will leave Camp Nou, or that Inter could raise that much cash.

For the record, according to Forbes, Messi is the highest paid player in the world as he earns around €60m a year in salary, with Juventus' Cristiano Ronaldo and PSG's Neymar earning slightly less.

14.26 BST: RB Salzburg are open to selling Dominik Szoboszlai for around €30m in the summer window, according to Austrian newspaper Salzburger Nachrichten.

Szoboszlai, 19, is highly rated but the club have a history of selling their top talent -- Erling Haaland to Dortmund and Takumi Minamino to Liverpool -- in recent years.

Chelsea and Arsenal are reportedly keen, with AC Milan, Manchester United and Atletico Madrid also monitoring the Hungarian.

13.00 BST: ESPN's Insider Notebook has some interesting transfer angles this week.

- Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants Manchester United to accelerate their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund forward Jadon Sancho in order to avoid a repeat of last summer's protracted move for Harry Maguire, which resulted in the club paying a world record £80m for the Leicester defender.

Sources have told ESPN's Mark Ogden that United are in pole position to sign Sancho this summer, but the lack of serious rivals for the 20-year-old's signature has led to the Old Trafford hierarchy believing that they can drive down Dortmund's £80m valuation of the former Manchester City youngster.

- Chelsea and Manchester City are closely following the development of Atletico Madrid's Jose Maria Gimenez, sources have told ESPN's Rodrigo Faez, but face a tough battle to land the €120m-rated centre-back.

- Lazio held talks with David Silva's camp in Rome last week in a bid to convince the Manchester City midfielder to join the club on a free transfer this summer, sources have told ESPN's Moises Llorens.

12.34 BST: PSG have submitted a €30m offer to Bayern Munich for midfielder Thiago Alcantara, says Le10 Sport.

Thiago, 29, has been a target of Liverpool since he revealed he would not be signing a new contract at Bayern earlier this summer.

However, the Reds will not pursue a move for him, sources have told ESPN's Mark Ogden, with the Premier League champions only likely to enter the transfer market if a significant member of Jurgen Klopp's squad leaves Anfield.

Which leaves the path clear for PSG.

12.02 BST: Sergi Roberto's name has repeatedly come up in conversations between Barcelona and Manchester City this summer, according to Diario Sport. The two clubs have reportedly been talking about a number of possible deals, with City asking about Roberto as they eye a new right-back.

City and Barca loosely discussed a possible swap deal involving full-backs Nelson Semedo and Joao Cancelo, but Spain international Roberto, due to his versatility, is said to be of more interest to the Premier League team.

Sport adds that talks have also taken place regarding Eric Garcia, the centre-back that joined City from Barca in 2017. The youngster has just one year to run on his deal in England.

Meanwhile, Samuel Umtiti is digging his heels in and refusing to leave Barcelona, per a report in Sport. The French defender is one of a number of players the Catalan club are open to selling this summer but he wants to stay at Camp Nou.

Umtiti, 26, has a contract until 2023 but a string of injuries since 2018 have seen him fall out of favour, with Clement Lenglet now preferred alongside Gerard Pique in the middle of the back four.

Barca, therefore, are keen to sell Umtiti to bring in money to strengthen the squad elsewhere. But the centre-back is focused on regaining full fitness and winning his place back in Quique Setien's team.

11.00 BST: Highly-rated Tottenham striker Troy Parrott has moved to Millwall on loan for the 2020-21 season.

10.44 BST: David Beckham's MLS franchise Inter Miami have made an offer for Chelsea winger Willian, says Sky Sports.

Willian, 31, looks set to leave Chelsea as the club are only offering him a two-year deal where he wants three. Arsenal have been linked, while Barcelona are also reported to have made a bid to bring him to Camp Nou.

10.40 BST: Chris Basham has signed a new contract at Sheffield United until 2022.

10.04 BST: Manchester City centre-back Eric Garcia has only just made the breakthrough to the first-team but he's already being linked with a summer move.

Garcia, 19, is now Barcelona's top transfer target according to Goal.

The Spanish teenager left Barca's La Masia academy three years ago but is now tipped to make a return as his contract at City expires in 2022.

09.29 BST: Manchester United may be after Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho but Bild reports that the German club are eyeing up a familiar replacement.

Indeed, Dortmund want former Manchester United winger Memphis Depay from Lyon.

The 26-year-old winger has impressed in France and is reportedly ready to take the next step in his career.

09.00 BST: Napoli have completed the signing of forward Victor Osimhen from Lille, the club announced on Friday.

"SSC Napoli are delighted to announce the signing of Victor Osimhen from Lille on a permanent transfer," the Italian club said in a statement.

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis told Gazzetta dello Sport the deal is for a club record fee of €70m plus another €10m in bonuses.
