Romelu Lukaku has expressed his desire to rejoin Anderlecht after his time with Manchester United comes to an end.

Lukaku, who joined United from Everton in the summer on a £75 million transfer, visited Anderlecht's training ground earlier this week and said that he would like to return to his boyhood club before his career is over.

"My dream was always to play for Anderlecht," Lukaku said in a video recorded by the Belgian club, which he left for Chelsea in 2011.

U.S. international Kenny Saief has joined Anderlecht on loan from fellow Belgian club Gent.

Anderlect also have an option to buy Saief on a permanent basis at the end of the season.

Saief, 24, returned in November after being sidelined since the summer because of complications from hernia surgery.

The setback ruled Saief out of the final four games of the U.S.'s failed World Cup qualifying campaign.

Belgian FA proposes €1k fine over racist abuse during league game

Uche Agbo was subjected to monkey chants and pelted with beer after being sent off against Kortrijk.

The Belgian FA (KBVB) has proposed that Kortrijk be fined €1,000 for their fans' racial abuse of Standard Liege's Uche Agbo in last week's league game.

The football authorities were urged to take firm action after Agbo was subjected to monkey chants and pelted with beer as he made his way back to the dressing room after being sent off in the first half of the match on Dec. 27.

However, Kortrijk, who won the game 2-1, are likely to face a fine of just €1,000 after the FA's disciplinary...

Uche Agbo was racially abused at Courtrai.

The Belgian Football Association has been urged to take swift action after Standard Liege player Uche Agbo was racially abused at a game.

Agbo, at Standard on loan from Watford, was sent off for a second booking in a defeat at Courtrai on Wednesday, contesting the decision and taking more than three minutes to leave the pitch.

As he walked back to the dressing room, he was subjected to monkey chants and pelted with plastic cups and responded with an obscene gesture.
