Robben opened the scoring in the 17th minute after being played trhough by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who picked up a second assist just after half-time by feeding Vidal.
Thomas Muller found Bernat in the 74th minute for Bayern's third goal, before Pascal Testroet found a late consolation for the third-division hosts.
U.S. international Julian Green came on to play the final 10 minutes for Bayern.
