The 2016-17 Premier League season is now less than a month away, and that means the transfer season is in full swing. Some clubs -- such as Manchester United, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur -- are deep into their recruitment programmes and well on their way to completing their squads whereas others have barely begun.
