LONDON -- Harry Kane has hailed his "great understanding" with teammate Dele Alli and believes they can replicate their deadly Tottenham Hotspur partnership for England.
Alli has assisted seven of Kane's 21 league goals this season -- the most assists from one player to another in Europe's top five leagues.
The latest came in Spurs' 3-0 win over Bournemouth on Sunday, as Kane finished Alli's perfectly-weighted pass first-time to score his and Tottenham's second. The week before, the teenager assisted both Kane's goals in Spurs' 2-0 victory at Aston Villa.
The duo are among five Tottenham players in Roy Hodgson's England squad for the upcoming friendlies against Germany and Netherlands, and the Three Lions boss is expected to start them together in either Saturday's match in Berlin or the Dutch's visit next Tuesday.
Kane is a huge fan of Alli -- on and off the pitch -- and believes the 19-year-old's style is "perfect" for his game.
"He's a great player and as a striker, when you make the runs whether it's from crosses or forward runs, if you've got a player who can get on the half turn and play forward quick, that's perfect," Kane told reporters after Sunday's victory at White Hart Lane.
"That's what Dele did today, he turned, saw my run, played it perfectly into my path and I was able to finish it off. He's a great lad, a great player, as everyone has seen this season, and I'm sure he's enjoying it as we all are."
Asked if the duo could replicate their partnership for England, Kane said: "Obviously it depends if we play together -- that's down to the manager and who he picks -- but we do have a great understanding. I think people have seen that this season. Not just with Dele -- [Kyle] Walker as well set me up today. We have a great bunch of English lads here at Spurs so we just have to see what team is picked and we go from there.

Alli, meanwhile, believes his partnership with Kane -- who is one of just five Englishman to score 20 goals in consecutive Premier League seasons -- is instinctive.
"It's natural instinct to link up with Harry the way I do, he's a great player with great movement. As soon as I looked up I saw him make the run, played it to him and most of the time you just know he's going to put it away like he did," Alli said after the win over the Cherries, which moved second-place Spurs back to within five points of Leicester City.
"He's a great finisher and it's important to have someone like that in your team."
