- SWANSEA CITY

Andre Ayew will miss the Villa game and a reunion with his brother Jordan. Ayew sat out last weekend's 3-2 defeat at Bournemouth and Swansea hope their leading eight-goal marksman will be fit straight after the international break. Jefferson Montero should return to the bench after a bout of flu as head coach Francesco Guidolin ends a three-game absence from the dugout following a chest infection.

Provisional squad: Fabianski, Rangel, Fernandez, Williams, Taylor, Fer, Cork, Routledge, Barrow, Sigurdsson, Paloschi, Nordfeldt, Naughton, Amat, Bartley, Britton, Ki, Montero, Barrow, Gomis, Emnes, Kingsley.

- ASTON VILLA

Carlos Sanchez is available after being out for the last two months with a hamstring injury. The midfielder has not played since Villa's FA Cup replay win against Wycombe in January and will be in Remi Garde's squad for Saturday's trip to Swansea. Adama Traore (foot) and Jack Grealish (ankle) are close to a return and could make their comeback after the international break but Libor Kozak (ankle) is not expected back soon while Jordan Amavi (knee) is out for the season.

Provisional squad: Guzan, Bunn, Hutton, Richards, Okore, Lescott, Clark, Cissokho, Richardson, Westwood, Bacuna, Gana, Veretout, Sanchez, Lyden, Davis, Gil, Sinclair, Agbonlahor, Ayew, Gestede.

- NEWCASTLE UNITED

Chancel Mbemba could return to the Newcastle squad. Central defender Mbemba has been missing since Feb. 3 with an ankle problem but is back in training and his potential return would be a boost for new boss Rafa Benitez, with skipper Fabricio Coloccini (calf) still struggling and Steven Taylor battling a knock. Striker Papiss Cisse is also training once again, but keeper Tim Krul (knee) and defenders Paul Dummett (hamstring), Massadio Haidara (knee) and Kevin Mbabu (thigh) are still out.

Provisional squad: Elliot, Darlow, Janmaat, Taylor, Mbemba, Lascelles, Gibson, Colback, Wijnaldum, Sissoko, Shelvey, Townsend, Saivet, De Jong, Anita, Gouffran, Aarons, Mitrovic, Cisse, Perez, Doumbia, Riviere.

- SUNDERLAND

Sunderland striker Jermain Defoe is expected to be fit after recovering from a calf strain. Defoe picked up the injury during the 1-1 Premier League draw at Southampton on March 5, but the Black Cats have not played since and he was due to resume training with the rest of the squad on Friday. Lee Cattermole is ready to resume after missing the trip to St Mary's through concussion while fellow midfielder Jeremain Lens is back in contention following hernia surgery, leaving manager Sam Allardyce without only Emmanuel Eboue (hamstring) and Duncan Watmore (ankle ligaments).

Provisional squad: Mannone, Pickford, Van Aanholt, Yedlin, O'Shea, Jones, Kone, Kaboul, Brown, Kirchhoff, Cattermole, M'Vila, Khazri, Borini, Rodwell, Lens, Toivonen, Larsson, Defoe, N'Doye.

- SOUTHAMPTON

Southampton skipper Jose Fonte and midfielder Victor Wanyama return from suspension. Defender Fonte served a one-match ban in the 2-1 win at Stoke last weekend while Wanyama has completed a five-game suspension for his third red card of the season. Sadio Mane is available having avoided a ban after his red card at Stoke was overturned, but fellow forward Charlie Austin is still out with a hamstring injury.

Provisional squad: Forster, Stekelenburg, Gazzaniga, Martina, Van Dijk, Fonte, Yoshida, Soares, Bertrand, Clasie, Targett, Ward-Prowse, Wanyama, Romeu, Davis, Tadic, Mane, Long, Pelle, Juanmi.

- LIVERPOOL

Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno is a doubt after a hamstring injury. The defender, injured in training ahead of the Europa League tie at Manchester United, will have a scan at the weekend but it seems likely Jon Flanagan will come into the side. Captain Jordan Henderson suffered a bout of sickness at half-time at Old Trafford but should recover in time, but fellow midfielder James Milner serves a one-match suspension.

Provisional squad: Mignolet, Flanagan, Lovren, Sakho, Clyne, Henderson, Can, Firmino, Lallana, Coutinho, Sturridge, Ward, Toure, Smith, Allen, Ibe, Origi, Benteke, Moreno.

- MANCHESTER CITY

Manchester City are without captain Vincent Kompany. The Belgian will be out for a month with a calf injury suffered against Dynamo Kiev in midweek and fellow central defender Nicolas Otamendi (dead leg) could also be doubtful this weekend. Midfielders Kevin De Bruyne (knee), Fabian Delph (Achilles) and Samir Nasri (thigh) are close to a return and could see some friendly action during the forthcoming international break.

Provisional squad: Hart, Caballero, Sagna, Zabaleta, Otamendi, Mangala, Demichelis, Kolarov, Clichy, Toure, Fernando, Fernandinho, Sterling, Silva, Navas, M Garcia, Aguero, Bony, Iheanacho.

- MANCHESTER UNITED

Ander Herrera is a doubt for the derby with the groin issue that forced him to sit out Thursday's Europa League fixture. Ashley Young and Cameron Borthwick-Jackson could come back into contention having returned to training, while Adnan Januzaj and Timothy Fosu-Mensah are available having been ineligible against Liverpool. Wayne Rooney (knee), Luke Shaw (leg) and Will Keane (groin) remain absent, while Phil Jones is also out of contention.

Provisional squad: De Gea, Romero, Darmian, Riley, Rojo, Varela, Valencia, McNair, Borthwick-Jackson, Williams, Fosu-Mensah, Blind, Smalling, Schneiderlin, Schweinsteiger, Herrera, Fellaini, Carrick, Weir, Mata, Young, Lingard, Depay, Martial, Rashford.

- TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino will make a late decision on the fitness of Eric Dier. The youngster picked up a knock in the Europa League defeat to Borussia Dortmund on Thursday night while Ben Davies also took a nasty blow to the face and is unlikely to play against the Cherries. Harry Kane, Mousa Dembele and Christian Eriksen are all expected to return at White Hart Lane but Jan Vertonghen and Clinton Njie are both unavailable as they continue to recover from knee injuries.

Provisional squad: Lloris, Vorm, Walker, Trippier, Davies, Rose, Alderweireld, Wimmer, Carter-Vickers, Winks, Dembele, Mason, Dier, Carroll, Bentaleb, Eriksen, Onomah, Lamela, Son, Chadli, Kane.

- BOURNEMOUTH

Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter faces a late fitness test on an Achilles problem. Fellow midfielder Junior Stanislas is still sidelined having not played for the past three matches because of a hamstring injury. Forward Callum Wilson continues his rehabilitation following a long-term knee injury, but is not expected to be back in contention until after the international break.

Provisional squad: Boruc, Francis, Cook, Daniels, Smith, Surman, Ritchie, Gradel, Gosling, Afobe, King, Federici, Iturbe, Elphick, Distin, Pugh, O'Kane, Grabban.
