Arsenal have brought in Mohamed Elneny against Tottenham while goalkeeper David Ospina comes in to replace the injured Petr Cech.
The Gunners are without centre-back Laurent Koscielny (calf) and are also missing midfielders Jack Wilshere (leg), Tomas Rosicky (thigh), Santi Cazorla (knee) and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee).
Gabriel comes in for Koscielny in defence, and Kieran Gibbs takes the place of Nacho Monreal.
Danny Welbeck takes his place up front with Theo Walcott dropped to the bench after a poor showing against Swansea and Olivier Giroud also left out.
