Liverpool vs. Man United team news: Firmino up front, Van Gaal unchanged

Roberto Firmino will continue to lead the line for Liverpool as Manchester United visit Anfield on Sunday afternoon, with Louis van Gaal's side remaining unchanged.

Jurgen Klopp has once again selected Firmino as his most advanced forward after the Brazilian playmaker scored twice in Wednesday's 3-3 draw against Premier League leaders Arsenal.

Van Gaal has opted to keep the same XI that drew 3-3 at Newcastle United in midweek, with the only change to the squad coming with Guillermo Varela replacing James Weir on the bench.

United can go fifth with a win, while Liverpool could go level on points with Van Gaal's side should they claim a victory.
