Premier Showdown - September 13-15

Rafael Fernandes claimed the points for the Rest of the World in the last round, continuing a fine start to the season for our team of challengers.

Tommy Smyth's bid to make it a hat trick of Showdown titles is in trouble as he remains pointless after three rounds. But he's already been talkingĀ  a good game on Twitter and is confident of ending his drought.

So, who do we have playing for the ROTW this weekend? Why it's Prateek Mishra who comes from Bangalore in India, which happens to be the home city of ESPNcricinfo.

He tells Showdown: "I am Prateek, a 29-year-old corporate lawyer. I support Arsenal and my favourite current Arsenal player is Rambo aka Aaron Ramsey. I saw Arsenal play three times last year when I was in London for a holiday, including the North london derby victory over Spurs."

Let's play!

Get your entry in for the next round using the form at the foot of this page.

For each round of matches we invite someone to represent the Rest of the World and take onĀ  ESPN FC TV's Tommy Smyth and ESPN FC journalist Dale Johnson in our predictions game.

Points are then awarded as follows:

- Three points for a correct result and scoreline
- One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the Showdown result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the Rest of the World tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared.

All three of our competitors went for a draw at the KC, but no one went for 2-2 which means Tommy walks off with his first points of the season. His confidence was not misplaced!
