Adebayor, 30, struggled for regular first-team football during the first half of last season under then-boss Andre Villas-Boas
But he enjoyed resurgence under Tim Sherwood, who left Spurs in May, scoring 11 goals in 21 Premier League appearances.
Looking ahead to the 2014-15 campaign, the Togolese striker is excited to play under Pochettino, as he admires the Argentine's attacking style.
Adebayor said: "I like the new manager's philosophy of football a great deal. When he was in charge of Southampton, his team played very well."
