The Football Association have fined Cardiff 20,000 pounds for their part in a melee at the end of their Premier League game against Norwich on Oct. 26.

The FA charge related to an incident that happened in the 94th minute when Norwich’s Leroy Fer had a goal disallowed by referee Mike Jones.
Fer, 23, failed to return the ball to Cardiff goalkeeper David Marshall after the ball had been put out of play to allow an injured Norwich player to receive treatment, instead shooting into an empty net, resulting in a melee with players.
An independent regulatory commission has fined Cardiff for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
An FA statement confirmed that Cardiff admitted the charge but contested the penalty, but it was upheld after a non-personal hearing.
