Gerard Pique has told Movistar the day people see Barcelona "on a victory parade for winning the Copa del Rey" would be the moment to conclude that Real Madrid "have entered a dominant cycle."
Zinedine Zidane's Madrid beat Juventus in the Champions League final on Saturday -- their fifth trophy since appointing him as coach last January.
That statistic has led to comparisons with Pep Guardiola's Barcelona, who won 14 trophies between 2008 and 2012.
During the first three of those years, Madrid won only one Copa del Rey and held a victory parade at which Sergio Ramos dropped the trophy from the open-top bus.

Pique said: "You still can't compare what we have won during all these years with what Madrid have won in the last two seasons.
"What we did made Real Madrid go on a victory parade just for winning the Copa del Rey.
"The day you see us going on a victory parade for winning the Copa will be the day when you can say that Madrid have entered a dominant cycle."
Barcelona won last season's Copa del Rey but did not hold a parade, and the general consensus among their players was that objectives had not been met as Madrid won the La Liga and Champions League Double.
After Ernesto Valverde was confirmed as Luis Enrique's successor, the former Athletic Bilbao coach said he knew he had to win every trophy -- starting with August's Super Cup against Madrid.
