Suarez, 30, was already ruled out of the Copa del Rey final on Saturday due to suspension after being sent off in the semifinal second leg against Atletico Madrid.
Suarez, who joined Barcelona from Liverpool in 2014, has scored 37 goals in 51 games in all competitions this season and finished second to Lionel Messi in La Liga's top scorer charts.
