A hat-trick from Robert Koren helped Melbourne City on their way to a resounding 5-2 victory over Newcastle Jets in Tuesday's A-League action.
A fourth-minute penalty from Aaron Mooy set the visitors on their way, with former Slovenia midfielder Koren scoring his first just five minutes later.

Damien Duff made it 3-0 after 24 minutes and two second-half goals from Koren put Melbourne out of sight.
Edson Montano and Jeronimo replied for Newcastle but the rally came too late to rescue the side, who remain just one place off the foot of the table.
Tuesday's other match saw Brisbane Roar and Sydney FC play out a goalless draw.
