Arsenal striker Lucas Perez has said he is making good progress in his recovery from injury and could make an early return to action.
Perez, 28, suffered an ankle injury in Arsenal's 2-0 EFL Cup win over Reading on Oct. 25 and was expected to be sidelined for six weeks.
However, the Spanish forward, who is undergoing his rehabilitation at his former club Deportivo, used social media to give Gunners fans a boost regarding his comeback, while posting a video of him jogging in training.

Perez's potential return would be a positive for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who has concerns over the fitness of Chile attacked Alexis Sanchez.
Perez joined the Gunners from Depor in the summer and has since scored two goals for the club in the League Cup.
