Nathan Ake has expressed his frustration at sitting on the bench for Bournemouth this season.
Ake, 21, joined Bournemouth from Chelsea on a season-long loan in June after impressing during a temporary spell at Watford last term.
But while the defender was named Watford's Young Player of the Year, he has been limited to just two Premier League outings at Bournemouth.
"I wanted to draw a line under last season, but that has not yet happened," Ake told Voetbal International.
"The competition at my club is great. For now I'm still on the bench.
"It eats you, I want to play every week."
